In recognition of the podcasting excellence on display across the Blue Wire network, we are recognizing four award-worthy shows that deserve a shout-out.

These awards, determined by Blue Wire staff, are being bestowed for the first time in recognition of achievements thus far in 2024, and similar acknowledgments will be announced each quarter going forward.

The Pack-A-Day Podcast receives the Milestone Award for reaching 2,000 episodes, an amazing accomplishment for any podcast. Pack-A-Day has been publishing daily episodes about the Green Bay Packers 365 days per year for more than half a decade and is showing no signs of slowing down.

The Dane Moore NBA Podcast receives the Standout Episode Award for interviewing prospective Minnesota Timberwolves owners Alex Rodriguez and Marc Lore amidst the Timberwolves’ exciting season and ongoing ownership saga. Dane’s commitment to covering the Timberwolves has resulted in listeners getting a unique level of insight from his show.

Insight with Chris Van Vliet receives the Blowin’ Up Award for accruing more than one million combined subscribers across the Chris Van Vliet and CVV Clips YouTube channels. Listeners flock to both channels, as well as CVV’s audio feed, which has also seen significant growth, for Chris’ captivating, must-see interviews.

Green with Envy receives the Title Team Award for their relentless and thorough coverage of the Boston Celtics’ 2024 championship run. Just as the Celtics did on the court, Green with Envy made the long and often arduous journey of covering a contender look easy, and their listeners loved celebrating with hosts Greg Maneikis and Will Weir.
